A venue the Sydney team hadn't seen, turned from workshop to stage in one day

A sponsor booth in seven weeks — Datadog's team arrived to run demos, not setup
Datadog's REAL Summit 2026 booth went up on the organizer's template seven weeks after our proposal. We caught an inverted logo in the organizer's artwork, paid a stuck invoice the day before, and finished setup first.
