A venue the Sydney team hadn't seen, turned from workshop to stage in one day
monday.com's Sydney team had to run a morning workshop and afternoon talks in a Seoul venue it hadn't seen in person. It confirmed the venue and its use from our site survey, and one auditorium served both purposes.

Three shows planned from Singapore, cleared with organizers and built in Seoul
GitLab's APAC team planned its Korean shows in English. We fitted those plans to Korean organizer rules, booth conditions, and customs, and at AI Summit the booth went up as we proposed, balloon hung above and side wall moved.

A sponsor booth in seven weeks — Datadog's team arrived to run demos, not setup
Datadog's REAL Summit 2026 booth went up on the organizer's template seven weeks after our proposal. We caught an inverted logo in the organizer's artwork, paid a stuck invoice the day before, and finished setup first.

monday.com handled promotion and attendee recruitment, the landing pages and event emails, and the presentation decks, and it chose the venue. The luggage tag engraving corner was the monday.com team's idea, and the team also handled the order form and board.
GitLab decided which shows to join. GitLab prepared the booth copy and the brochure content. The original AWS Summit booth design came from GitLab's global design team. GitLab submitted the AI Summit graphics to the organizer directly.
The booth structure, furniture, and base graphic layout came from the organizer's template, and the organizer's production team built the booth. Datadog prepared the brochure and flyer designs, the slogan, and the booth copy. Datadog ran its speaking session with the organizer and prepared its own swag, such as socks, diaries, and pouches. The Datadog team decided not to have a separate video made for the wall TVs. At the event, Datadog's team handled booth operation, demos, and sales.
